Natural Lemon Oil

This is a highly concentrated lemon oil made from lemon zest. 
When cooking seafood, put a cap full of lemon oil in the seafood pot at the time you are soaking your seafood. Do not put in during the boiling stage.
It can also be used in baking, just remember a very small amount goes a long way!
